OctaBridge · Enterprise operational governance

The system that orders your operation when sales grow.

When conversation sells and e-commerce grows, the operation breaks: spreadsheets, chats and scattered tools that don't talk to each other. OctaBridge is the operational governance that orders it all into eight connected modules —with compliance, governance and accounting— and grows with you across three editions: Neutrino, OctaBridge Core and OctaBridge by IBM.

Eight modules, a single governed database Compliance · governance · accounting built in Three editions: from SMB to enterprise
The OctaBridge family · Three editions

One system, three tiers. You choose where you start.

The eight modules are the same across all three editions. What changes is the engine and the depth of governance: you start where you are today and move up a tier without throwing away what you built —from the SMB getting started to the enterprise organization.

Tier 1 · Entry For SMBs getting started

Neutrino

The smallest bundle: an MVP of the enterprise operating system. The simplest engine, the starter pack to order your operation from day one, without Infinity or JuliO I/O. Just enough to stop living between spreadsheets and start operating as a system.

  • For whom: companies just ordering capture, CRM and sales.
  • Engine: the simplest in the system, no proprietary AI layer.
  • Value: start governed and grow into Core without rebuilding.

Tier 3 · Enterprise For large organizations

OctaBridge by IBM

The large enterprise edition, on the IBM stack: watsonx with Granite models for intelligence, IBM Cloud Pak for Data for data governance (catalog, lineage, quality) and Cognos Analytics for BI. For organizations that demand maximum governance, auditability and data sovereignty.

  • For whom: large organizations with enterprise compliance and audit demands.
  • Engine: IBM watsonx · Granite · Cloud Pak for Data · Cognos Analytics.
  • Value: maximum governance, auditability and sovereignty on a proven IBM stack.

All three editions share the same eight modules and the same principle: a governable, auditable and scalable system. We don't publish prices: each edition is quoted to your operation. Request an assessment and quote.

The 8 modules

Octa means eight. One module per stage of the flow, in any edition.

Each module solves a concrete stage of the business. Apart they work; together —under a single governed database— the lead that comes in from an ad ends up invoiced without anyone copy-pasting data between systems. The same eight modules in Neutrino, Core and by IBM; what changes is each edition's engine.

01

Lead Capture

Pulls contacts from forms, landing pages, ads and campaigns into the system in real time. Nothing gets stuck in an inbox.

02

Lead Qualifier

Filters and scores every contact against rules you define, so your team talks first with whoever can actually buy.

03

Lead Manager

Assigns, schedules follow-ups and organizes the pipeline so no hot lead goes cold for lack of a reply.

04

CRM

The full history of every account: conversations, opportunities, stages and closes. Your company's commercial memory in one place.

05

ERP

Sales, purchasing, inventory, invoicing and finance wired to the same data source as your CRM. What you close commercially shows up in operations.

06

Business Intelligence

Dashboards with MRR, stage conversion, margin and sales cycle. You stop requesting reports and start reading the business live, with auditable metrics.

07

Automated Remarketing

Reactivates dormant contacts and inactive customers with sequences that fire on their own by behavior, with no repeated manual work.

08

Smart Assist

The system's operational assistant: it reads your operation —leads, pipeline, finances, catalog— and answers, summarizes and proposes the next step. In OctaBridge Core it works on the Infinity engine; in by IBM, on watsonx and Granite models.

by IBM edition · Architecture

The enterprise engine of OctaBridge by IBM.

The by IBM edition doesn't reinvent intelligence or analytics: it orchestrates them on an enterprise IBM stack, end to end. These are its components and the role of the OctaBridge layer on top. (The Neutrino and Core editions use their own engines; this stack is exclusive to by IBM.)

Intelligence

IBM watsonx · Granite

The enterprise AI layer runs on IBM watsonx (watsonx.ai with Granite models). Governed foundation models, not generic third-party AI: they reason over your operation within the data perimeter.

Data & governance

IBM Cloud Pak for Data

Catalog, lineage, quality and data governance on IBM Cloud Pak for Data. Every data point has an origin, an owner and traceability: the foundation compliance and auditability stand on.

Analytics

IBM Cognos Analytics

Dashboards, reporting and business analytics on IBM Cognos Analytics. Live, auditable metrics —MRR, conversion, margin, sales cycle— without exporting data into scattered spreadsheets.

Predictability

Predictive engines on watsonx.ai

Predictive and scoring models on watsonx.ai to anticipate lead behavior, demand and churn. Prediction lives in the same governed plane as the operation.

How it works

From assessment to operation, in four steps.

We don't sell licenses and vanish. We pick the edition that fits your stage, build the system around your reality and leave it running with your team inside it.

Assessment and edition

We map how a lead enters today, where it gets lost and which reports you're missing. We leave with real scope and the edition that fits —Neutrino, Core or by IBM—, not a generic promise.

Deployment

We deploy OctaBridge on infrastructure dedicated to you, which Hunter Pro Global Services SpA operates as your processor under your control, and turn on the modules your operation needs first.

Connection and automation

We link forms, ads, invoicing and dashboards. We define qualification rules and remarketing sequences.

Operation with your team

We train, turn Smart Assist on over your data, and stay alongside the first weeks until the system becomes the daily routine.

Why OctaBridge

Not one more AI company. It's operational governance.

We don't compete on having more buttons or adding another chatbot. We compete on giving you a system that is yours, governable and auditable, that grows with you from one edition to the next.

Positioning

Operational governance, not one more AI

When conversation sells and e-commerce grows, the operation breaks. OctaBridge is the system that orders it: compliance, governance and accounting built in, not a loose assistant on top of the chaos.

Sovereignty

Your data lives with you

Under the OVNI System principle, OctaBridge runs on infrastructure dedicated to you, not a closed multi-tenant SaaS. You are the controller of your data and we operate as your processor, under your instructions and contract.

Scalable

A ladder, not a closed box

You start with Neutrino, move up to Core with the Infinity + JuliO I/O engine, or go to by IBM with the enterprise stack. You change editions without a platform migration and without throwing away what you built.

Modular

Start where it hurts

Turn on two modules or all eight, in any edition. Add the rest when your operation calls for it, without rebuilding what already works.

What changes in your operation

Fewer scattered tools, more control.

Concrete benefits of running your company on a single governed system, with no inflated figures or empty promises.

A single source of data

The same contact lives across capture, CRM and invoicing. No more different versions of the same customer in three spreadsheets.

The pipeline stops leaking

Qualification and lead management make sure every contact has an owner, a follow-up and a date. Hot leads don't go cold.

Reports you no longer request

BI reads MRR, conversion and margin live. Your Monday meeting stops starting with "let me build the spreadsheet".

Automation that works on its own

Remarketing reactivates dormant contacts by behavior, without anyone remembering to send the email by hand.

Decisions with context

Smart Assist answers about your real operation, not about the internet. You ask in plain language and get an answer with your own numbers.

Grows without rebuilding

Adding a module or moving up an edition isn't a platform migration. What you built stays; the new piece connects on top.

Governance & compliance

Compliance isn't an appendix. It's part of the architecture.

In any edition, every data point entering OctaBridge is born governed, with an owner and traceability. That makes governance, auditability and data sovereignty properties of the system, not a later manual effort. In the by IBM edition, on IBM Cloud Pak for Data.

Data governance

Catalog, quality and access policies. Every data point has a defined owner, purpose and usage rule.

Traceability and lineage

Where a data point comes from, who touched it and which report it feeds. The full lineage is recorded to audit any number.

Auditability

System decisions and dashboards rest on governed, traceable data. What the system reports can be substantiated in an audit.

Data sovereignty

Infrastructure dedicated to your instance, not a closed multi-tenant SaaS. Under the OVNI System principle, you keep ownership and control of your information.

Regulatory compliance

Designed to sustain data-protection frameworks —including Peru's Law No. 29733— and enterprise information-governance standards.

Responsible operator

Hunter Pro Global Services SpA operates the platform as your processor under your instructions and contract. You are the data controller; the chain of responsibility is explicit.

Frequently asked

What people ask before the assessment.

What exactly is OctaBridge?
OctaBridge is your company's operational governance. Instead of stitching together disconnected tools, it organizes your operation into eight connected modules —lead capture, qualification and management, CRM, ERP, BI, automated remarketing and Smart Assist— sharing a single governed database, with compliance, governance and accounting built in. It isn't one more AI company: it's the system that holds the operation together when sales grow.
What are the three editions (Neutrino, Core, by IBM)?
A tiered family. Neutrino is the entry tier: the smallest bundle, an MVP of the enterprise operating system for SMBs getting started, with the simplest engine (without Infinity or JuliO I/O). OctaBridge Core is the proprietary, standard edition: it runs on the Infinity engine (the semantic-context brain) and the JuliO I/O factory, on OVNI infrastructure. OctaBridge by IBM is the large enterprise edition, on the IBM stack (watsonx, Granite models, Cloud Pak for Data and Cognos Analytics), for maximum governance, auditability and data sovereignty.
Which edition is right for me?
If your company is just ordering its operation, Neutrino is the starting point. If you already have lead, sales and operational volume and want the full system with proprietary AI, OctaBridge Core. If you're a large organization with enterprise governance, audit and data-sovereignty demands, OctaBridge by IBM. All three share the same eight modules; what changes is the engine and the depth of governance. We define it in the initial assessment.
Do I have to adopt all eight modules at once?
No. The system is modular by design in any edition. Most companies start with capture and CRM, then add ERP, BI or Smart Assist when the workflow calls for it. Each module delivers value on its own and more once connected.
Who owns the data and where does it live?
The data is yours: you are the controller and we operate the platform as your processor, under your instructions and contract. OctaBridge runs on infrastructure dedicated to your instance —not a closed multi-tenant SaaS—, operated by Hunter Pro Global Services SpA, under the OVNI System data-sovereignty principle. So you keep ownership and control of your information without administering the servers yourself.
What size of company is OctaBridge for?
For any stage: that's why there are three editions. An SMB getting started enters through Neutrino; a company with an operation already running goes to OctaBridge Core; a large organization with compliance demands goes to OctaBridge by IBM. If your team lives between spreadsheets, chats and disconnected tools, that's the pain it solves.
How much does it cost? How long does setup take?
Price depends on the edition and scope; we deliver it as a quote after the assessment, not as a public list. On timing: a capture-and-CRM start is usually live within a few weeks; adding ERP, BI or advanced automation extends the timeline depending on the processes to map. It's all defined in the initial assessment.

Let's look at your operation and which OctaBridge edition fits.

A 30-minute guided assessment on your real case. No canned sales script: we show the modules working over a flow similar to yours and the edition —Neutrino, Core or by IBM— that matches your stage.
