What exactly is OctaBridge?
OctaBridge is your company's operational governance. Instead of stitching together disconnected tools, it organizes your operation into eight connected modules —lead capture, qualification and management, CRM, ERP, BI, automated remarketing and Smart Assist— sharing a single governed database, with compliance, governance and accounting built in. It isn't one more AI company: it's the system that holds the operation together when sales grow.
What are the three editions (Neutrino, Core, by IBM)?
A tiered family. Neutrino is the entry tier: the smallest bundle, an MVP of the enterprise operating system for SMBs getting started, with the simplest engine (without Infinity or JuliO I/O). OctaBridge Core is the proprietary, standard edition: it runs on the Infinity engine (the semantic-context brain) and the JuliO I/O factory, on OVNI infrastructure. OctaBridge by IBM is the large enterprise edition, on the IBM stack (watsonx, Granite models, Cloud Pak for Data and Cognos Analytics), for maximum governance, auditability and data sovereignty.
Which edition is right for me?
If your company is just ordering its operation, Neutrino is the starting point. If you already have lead, sales and operational volume and want the full system with proprietary AI, OctaBridge Core. If you're a large organization with enterprise governance, audit and data-sovereignty demands, OctaBridge by IBM. All three share the same eight modules; what changes is the engine and the depth of governance. We define it in the initial assessment.
Do I have to adopt all eight modules at once?
No. The system is modular by design in any edition. Most companies start with capture and CRM, then add ERP, BI or Smart Assist when the workflow calls for it. Each module delivers value on its own and more once connected.
Who owns the data and where does it live?
The data is yours: you are the controller and we operate the platform as your processor, under your instructions and contract. OctaBridge runs on infrastructure dedicated to your instance —not a closed multi-tenant SaaS—, operated by Hunter Pro Global Services SpA, under the OVNI System data-sovereignty principle. So you keep ownership and control of your information without administering the servers yourself.
What size of company is OctaBridge for?
For any stage: that's why there are three editions. An SMB getting started enters through Neutrino; a company with an operation already running goes to OctaBridge Core; a large organization with compliance demands goes to OctaBridge by IBM. If your team lives between spreadsheets, chats and disconnected tools, that's the pain it solves.
How much does it cost? How long does setup take?
Price depends on the edition and scope; we deliver it as a quote after the assessment, not as a public list. On timing: a capture-and-CRM start is usually live within a few weeks; adding ERP, BI or advanced automation extends the timeline depending on the processes to map. It's all defined in the initial assessment.
